Apply for a smartcard – Westmeadows Tennis Club

All members over 18 can purchase a smartcard which allows them access to the courts outside of competition times. A parent or guardian of a member under 18 can also purchase a smartcard on behalf of their child.

Cost – $20

If the card is no longer required, the cost is refundable upon returning of a fully working card.

Terms and conditions

Card is registered in your name, and each time the card is used an electronic log of it being used will be recorded. As such, please protect this card as you would your credit card.
Lost cards should be reported immediately to the Vice President on 0414 497 918. The cost of a replacement card in the event of loss is $25.
An adult should always supervise any child under 18 at the club.
